The precious metal collection consists mainly of silver objects and silver artefacts combined with other materials, such as glass or amber.
The collection also includes objects from the Silkalni hoard, discovered in Ogre parish (Riga district) and dating from the early 17th century.
In total, the precious metal collection contains 188 objects.
