The Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum's Folk Art Fair, which has been held on the first weekend of June for more than 50 years, is an event with a unique cultural and historical significance. Our Fair brings together the best craftsmen and artisans from all regions of Latvia. The Fair is not just a place for trading, it is also a unique exhibition of Latvian artisans' works, during which craftsmen demonstrate their skills in demonstrations and workshops, provide inspiration, and arouse interest, thus promoting the preservation and transfer of craft traditions to future generations. During the fair, there is an extensive cultural program filled with market stories, jokes, amateur theater performances, and performances by folklore groups.

It is the most ambitious market in Latvia, in which at least 500 participants participate every year - artisans, home-based food producers, and public catering service providers.
